I completely agree!<br/>I originally had Netflix but I was getting frustrated at the fact that I couldn't ever get the movies that I wanted so I thought I would give Blockbuster a try. I thought that I would be able to get the movies I wanted faster since it had fewer customers. Shortly after, Blockbuster began allowing you to swap out your movies in the store. This was awesome and I loved it until they changed my account without informing me. They decided to limit the number of exchanges you could have per month to 5 or you had to pay $25 a month. This really frustrated me so I dropped them and gave Netflix another shot. It now seems like their overall process has really improved. Their turn around is great and I love the fact that I can watch streaming movies and shows online. I have put this to good use to catch up on The Office!
