Hi, I'm Jacqueline. I agree with what Julie recommend in this post. I think that transparency is very important when dealing with crisis. Recently, UO have two bomb treats and I really recommend the President of UO should consider what Julie recommend. I think the President is somehow hiding some information which keep the students from worrying about their safety in studing on campus. Eugene Daily Emerald said the second bomb treat included six buildings on campus but the President hasn't announce which the six buildings are to the public. He didn't answered the questions in students' mind and make them feel uncomfortable going to school. I really think that all pr should follow some guidelines when dealing with crisis. I really think that Julie has a good perspective on it.
